last day of bike show

good trip to San Jose with lots of great people. day started seeing Paul Sadoff ready to rock dressed for the occasion. looking forward to some fresh air tomorrow - group ride in santa cruz led by the one and only Rick Hunter. The master frame builder minds steve and paul sadoff will have sometime in the one and only Rock lobster shop. Then heading home to enjoy Sedona with Steve and the dogs before back at it at work on friday. I am really enjoying the road trip with steve and the warm weather.........

beautiful day along hwy 1. it is good to be out of town. first trip since steve's accident oct 5, 2005.

my favorite riding- sedona

Went on a great ride solo on friday- long hard way to get to lost watch- mescal mt- great technical routes to start the ride- then to cockscomb-rupp trail-girdner- fill up with water at the cultural park- then ripping down herkenham- climb up to a beautiful finish on carol canyon back to mt bike heaven. I just love it........ We are so lucky to live 23 miles away. then steve and I went down to sedona saturday for a gruling long hard arm bike ride. that is great for me to really look around and take sedona in with steve and the dogs. Steve is the toughest person I know. not only does he have some level of pain everyday, but he gets out there and does more then able body people ever dream of.

I had a greatmt bike ride in sedona yesterday with some good friends- Annie , Eric and Chris pomeroy. did not bring the camera. I forget it when I go mt biking. God sedona is fun- rocks, ledges and red dirt. hope you all are well. especially Hi to family in Germany and all my good friends.

beautiful day in Sedona. steve rode- ridge trail to secret slick rock then back on old post trail. tough arm bike ride.....great to see scott miller, mark gullo and joe hazel out on the trails.

my sister michelle's new bike

Had to throw a picture in of the critters- (suize & gus) . Michelle ordered a bike and now her new ride is done. I have to say it is light and pretty. I have been cross country skiing while the snow is good. It doesn't last long with blue skies and 40-50's this week. hope to get some good Sedona days in this week on the bike for me & steve. I have gotten to ride with Dara Marks Marino , boy that has been fun . nothing like rolling off rocks and ledges with such a strong beautiful girl. denise

great day on saguaro lake

It was nice to get out of the fridged cold and go to a desert lake 2 1/2 hours away. We have been Below zero every morning this week. our pipes froze last weekend out of water for 2 days- which I fixed and so far so good. hope you all are well.....denise
