Went on a great ride solo on friday- long hard way to get to lost watch- mescal mt- great technical routes to start the ride- then to cockscomb-rupp trail-girdner- fill up with water at the cultural park- then ripping down herkenham- climb up to a beautiful finish on carol canyon back to mt bike heaven. I just love it........ We are so lucky to live 23 miles away. then steve and I went down to sedona saturday for a gruling long hard arm bike ride. that is great for me to really look around and take sedona in with steve and the dogs. Steve is the toughest person I know. not only does he have some level of pain everyday, but he gets out there and does more then able body people ever dream of.
