coconino national forest

We really do live in a great place. Sedona/Flagstaff. 2 Great life zones. had a great day with Steve and the dogs on Friday. Yesterday (Saturday) rode from the house to the top of mount Elden. Yeah no driving. I did have to fight some mighty winds at times. There were some gusts riding up elden that put a little fear in Deanne and I. Especially when you hear the trees creak. But it is spring and the wind is just part of it. I really do love my flower bike....D

spring is in the air

beautiful day in Flagstaff on the 1st of March. went for a ride out to Baderville to see Deanne and Dave hard at work on their beautiful new home. I have to say they have a great beer porch....nothing like a PBR after a good ride on a sunny porch sheltered from the wind. what a view from their home of the peaks.....I will be sad when they leave our side of town. But it will just bring new adventures of exploring the forest near their home.. On the way home stopped by the Drogi's to say hi....I am ready for spring.....great to ride around town and see friends...be extra alert out there for cars. I think way too many people are clueless when they are driving....D
