Beautiful weather in flag. What a great extended fall. How lucky we are in Flagstaff to live in such an active community where we have many good friends to get out and ride with. Especially great to shred with other strong women......Thanks Agnes, Deanne and Annie for a great day in the woods........

last few weeks

Kayaking upstream from Lee's Ferry with Steve. One of my favorite things to do with him. Limited sun this time of year, due to the beautiful canyon walls. Just around the corner upstream is nine mile camp...

We did not have as much luck this time fishing. Still had fun trying.......here is a pic. of one we brought in...

Yes, Obama is the next President of the United States....My hope is restored in the American People.....I want to be apart of a country of Equality, moving forward for the good of the people, having better education and health care system....The use of alternative Resources for energy....Maybe now we can move in this direction.........Steve and I were soooooo happy last night watching the out come of the election.....Maybe now we can be part of a country we are proud of.....Unfortunately AZ stayed red but the out come is what matters. I believe Flagstaff is a Democratic free thinking Island in AZ. That is one of the things that really attracted me to live here........An open minded community, with healthy active people caring about our planet and being good people.......What a great speech by Obama......We both now have hope in our future......D

I am fortunate to have such a great family.....Happy Birthday to My sister Nicole and her daughter Montana....And Heck Happy birthday to those November birthdays too- Me, Steph and Sweet little Roxanne.....Gosh, I am sure glad my brothers and sisters did all that hard work having children for me to enjoy.........Nothing like the sweetness and innocence of childhood.....I laughed harder then I have in along time with my sisters that my eyes filled with tears....gosh that felt good (that can't be good) Inside joke between the sisters.....In all the turmoil of this crazy world and all the things I just do not understand, at least I have my family.......I wish Steve could of gone with me......D
