2 kinds of riding

I really enjoyed Sedona the last two days....Steve out there yesterday riding and me today. Good for both of us to be hot...It is amazing how therapeutic that sun and dry air are for the body & mind. Boy we havn't gotten down in Sedona for 3 weeks + longer for Steve....Great to ride with good friends....Thanks Dara, Eric, and Annie....Sorry but all the biking pics are blurry on the rider...I also got a great cross country ski from the house last evening into the dark. the snow was like butter....just perfect....good 2 days off......

I have to say I LOVE MY NEW BIKE......FIRST TIME ON A SINGLE SPEED IN 3 YEARS AND FIRST EVER RIDGED ... I LOVE IT......D

another kind of skiing

So good to get out with Steve today in the snow. Thanks to adaptive sports for coming up from the big city with their ski equipment. How great it was to ski with steve in the beautiful blue sky day. met some great people and put ideas in Steve's mind how to build his own and give him options to enjoy the out doors.....Boy we sure have A LOT of snow and are going to have a beautiful spring.........

shoveling snow off the roof

Sooooooo much snow we acutually hired our buddy Barry Ward to shovel snow off the roof....what a winter.....pics of the piles of some of the snow that was on our roof, amazing. I am so glad we got a new roof last year......Tomorrow he will take the snow off the shop.........I have been getting sweet cross country skiing in from the house too....love the sun of the west....The sky was that amazing blue today.....take care.....D

LIFE

good liven....that's what it is all about....we ended our Portland trip with a stop in Salem to see Steve's family and stay with our Friends- really Family- Heidi & Magnus...Thanks for the amazing food and making us feel so welcome Heidi and Magnus. Magnus makes amazing spinning wheels and Heidi makes beautiful clothing and great food....

Today went skiing with Deanne after work, amazing how much snow. came home to great snow conditions...this winter just keeps on giving. notice how deep Deanne's Pole is in the snow.....D

PORTLAND, OR NAHMBS

great trip so far. Portland really is a great town. the light rail is awesome- public transportation and free in the city limits. It is so good for Steve to be in a city with no snow and ice. very easy to get around. rain, clouds and some sun.... yesterday was a blue sky day. that was great. so many amazing bikes at the show, WOW...........so good to see all our friends from the NorthWest. Special thanks to Yael, Rick Hunter and Tom for helping us set up.......

I wrote all that the other day now I am back in Flagstaff.........

You sure know its been a good trip...when first you make it home safe and your smiling.......I feel rejuvinated from a great vacation with friends and family....Thanks to everyone for helping steve & I with the booth.......putting together, managing, breaking down at the end of the show....I really have nothing more to say but soooooooo good to have such good friends and meet such great folks.......miss all you Oregonians already......D
