pipe line trail to medow

yeh steve's doctor appt. at the urologist went well. clean bill of health. kidney ultrasound was normal........then to the woods for an arm bike ride with the dogs. beautiful time of year. I remember the pure hell we lived for months with steve's accident just waiting for time to pass, wanting so badly to get to the future. far away from surgeries and constant hospital visits. thank god we finally made it. we can actually smile. I did not see steve smile for 1/2 a year. now garro is back.

some more pics

morining at the garros

I want to share our little family and home with you all. It is a beautiful Flagstaff day. I do love it here so much. I think of all the world traveling steve and I did especially to Peru and realize how fortunate we are to have our little home and family. not to mention a toilet that flushes/ warm water/ a stove to heat our coffee. oh and the amazing internet. how attached we easily become to our technology in this spoiled life we have.

in one of the photos -the back of the house- you can see a black 350gallon barrell we have set up with our gutters to collect rain water. we are getting one more for the otherside of the shop. I love it now I can water plants, dogs, & cats with collected rain water. Some may see the barrell as ugly I see it as freeing my mind of guilt.

notice sally-black dog- guarding all her valued possesions. "to want is to suffer"
