The cold cold nights and below zero weather has given us more ice. Another amazing day on the ice. It is like meditation. complete relaxation and peace. especially with bright blue sky and very little wind. I feel the older I get the harder it is to relate to the masses. It is great to have these periods of Soul rejuvenation. I feel that when I am on the ice. Just being out in nature and taking it all in. Thanks Jeff for being out there with me......good to have Kumasaka and Amy on the ice.....

Love your new set up!! The backdrop of the mountains are incredible! How lucky you are to see that everyday! I also like the the little map of the world that shows where people live who look at your blog. Even Newton, Wi!!
