getting some moisture in Flag. rain barrels filling to water plants....have not used house water yet this spring...some snow this morning on the peaks. went for my first group ride in a long time yesterday, with 4 other people.-- great time--got snowed on at the overlook.... spectacular "winter" ride. good getting out in the woods with you Brad, Jessica, Matt, and the gnome. then off to a gathering of friends last night at Kristina & Bryce's for dinner. good day..........most friend time we have had in a while , it was great.

hey girl...sipping on some coffee myself this afternoon. trying to memorize hundreds of drugs...i understand the importance of pharmacology, but so far it is my least favorite topic. anyhoo, thanks for the message. i love the joe sorren's that i have and all the pics of flag that you have...they remind me of home. growing up there i always took so much for granted. sounds like you are really doing well, i thought you would remember our dear old friend in room 16. she was so cute. i loved working with you...maybe again someday...as a doc?! crazy. i also wanted to see if you recommended a book on mountain biking. i've done some road stuff, and a couple easy trails, but i think that climbing is just too dangerous, and i want something in the mountains. we are going to be in watertown which is at the base of the adirondacks in ny, and want to be able to take advantage of it. just a book with some tips, or training ideas. lots of love to you sweetie, hope to keep in touch. much peace.
