crazy norm was here in flag. he brought me a beautiful clock, and my old truck & subaru look brand new. and saturday I did my first biathalon. run bike run 7.5 k run 30 k bike 7.5 k run. It was beautiful for the race. sun sun sun and a freshly wet forest from the rain the night before, with peak fall color. I got 2nd over all women and 1st in my age group. super fun. hope you all are well.
